Job overview
The Account Manager plays an integral role managing day-to-day operations of top DFTBA client accounts while helping grow our creator partners in alignment with their goals. As our Account Manager, you can expect to be the point person for your assigned creators, keeping in close communication with clients regarding all business questions, including contracts, royalty rates and payments, all while maintaining a positive relationship. Account Managers work closely with teams across DFTBA - including warehouse and customer service teams - to develop and implement plans for large product launches to ensure both customers and clients are happy. What you'll do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and fostering long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships by keeping in close contact with assigned creator partners;
- Answer client questions related to their contracts, invoices and royalty payments;
- Run regular reports in Shopify and Netsuite including: Royalty reports, CPU reports, sales projections and dead inventory reports to help inform data-driven decisions, provide accurate updates to clients, and support financial and inventory planning across teams;
- Work cross-functionally to communicate updated delivery and product information, including launches, delays, and damages to warehouse teams and external partners;
- Work with Director of Finance and Senior Leadership to develop financial projections, reporting, and management for all accounts;
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with Google Drive experience, required;
- Highly proficient Excel and Google Sheet skills, required;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required;
- Previous budgeting experience, required;
- Experience with Shopify, preferred;
- Experience with online project management tools (Asana, AirTable, Trello, etc), preferred.
- Experience with inventory software (Shiphero, Shopify), preferred;
- Experience with ERP systems, preferred.

- Benefits Provided: Health, dental and vision coverage; up to 17 paid vacation days and 12 sick days per year, 401K with 4% company match, profit sharing.

- Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000, annually
