As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their insurance journey. Your role will involve assisting clients with policy inquiries, addressing their concerns, processing policy changes, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage details, billing, claims, and other related matters
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients in filing and tracking insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain necessary information and documentation
- Educate clients on policy features, coverage options, and available discounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office software
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Active insurance licenses or willingness to obtain required licenses
