Working with the Insurance producer to manage daily activities
Contacting clients at the producer's discretion
Scanning
Operating phone systems and transferring calls
Going into the carrier websites to obtain applications and documentation need for the agency
Data Input
Scheduling clients for the Insurance Producer
Qualifications
Communication Skills
Ability to navigate and utilize multiple Technology systems. Hawk Soft, Agency Zoom, Carrier Websites
