Construction Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and details, as well as excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall project schedule and provide regular reports to Senior Manager
- Support franchise growth by assisting and influencing franchisees to ensure timely openings of high-quality establishments
- Oversee and manage new builds and remodels from planning and design to construction and post-construction
- E nsure timely completion of company projects while maintaining strong brand awareness and compliance
- Order and review necessary equipment and furniture for setting up new locations
- Coordinate delivery and installation schedules of FF&E in collaboration with suppliers
- Support site surveys and construction to ensure quality meets standards
- Resolve issues that arise during construction and identify and manage risks impacting project progress
- Track, manage, and report costs associated with FF&E purchases for budget and expense management
- Develop strategies to minimize project disruptions and cost overruns
- Review final documents for compliance with company requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management
- Minimum 7 years of directly related experience in F&B construction management
- Franchise brand experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in construction project management software and knowledge of industry best practices
