">Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience in designing and building franchise bakery stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Design and Layout: Develop design and layout concepts for franchise bakery stores according to brand guidelines.
- Site Management: Oversee site preparation, construction, and post-construction activities, ensuring compliance with company requirements and building codes.
- Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and franchisees to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize disruptions and cost overruns.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of directly related experience in F&B construction management, with franchise brand experience preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and details; excellent communication and relationship management skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
