Job Description
Maintains project plans by ensuring assigned projects run smoothly and on time.
Coordinates day-to-day tasks and acts as liaison between the Company, customers, and vendors for steady communication.
Assists with feasibility studies for projects when required.
Adds new projects to the production schedule.
Reviews daily production reports for assigned projects.
Procures tooling and related equipment needed by the facility.
Handles administrative tasks related to the steel department.
Manages inventory issuing, receiving, and allocating scrap in different facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in project management, business coordination, or customer service.
- Knowledge of Project Management scheduling processes and tools (Work Breakdown Structure, Gantt, PERT, & Network Charts) is preferred.
