Job Description:
- All work products resulting from this project shall be considered works made for hire and are the property of THECB. This may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to THECB to satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. THECB will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
- THECB is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support higher education policy initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and process improvements. This role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing data trends, developing reports, and working closely with stakeholders to enhance higher education programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder communication, preferably within a government or higher education environment.
