Dialectic is looking to add a Sr Mechanical Engineer / Designer to our team. The Sr Mechanical Engineer / Designer will ensure accurate technical drawings and process improvement for our MEP Engineering firm which focuses on the design of systems for business, retail, housing, education, and entertainment industries. The Sr Mechanical Engineer / Designer will act as a technical expert in their discipline, providing guidance and direction, actively leading efforts to grow the department’s technical expertise. This position will perform quality review of work developed by others, will present complex technical solutions to clients, and will foster technical client relationships by acting as a point of contact for strategic clients and members of the senior leadership team.
