Your Role & Responsibilities
🔹 Patient Experience & Front Desk Excellence
• Greet patients with warmth and create a welcoming, stress-free environment
• Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments to optimize clinic flow
• Educate patients about our holistic healthcare services and treatment options
🔹 Clinical & Administrative Support
• Assist the healthcare team by obtaining vital signs and preparing treatment rooms
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Manage inventory and medical supplies to support seamless patient care
🔹 Billing & Coordination
• Process payments and insurance billing with clarity and accuracy
• Act as the communication hub between patients and healthcare providers
• Uphold HIPAA regulations and ensure patient information is handled with care
