Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused MedSpa Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance the client experience, and lead our team of aesthetic professionals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in medspa or beauty industry management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for aesthetics and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the medspa, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and track product usage
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth
• Maintain financial records, track sales performance, and assist with budgeting
• Provide outstanding customer service and professionally resolve client concerns
• Collaborate with medical professionals and aesthetic providers to optimize treatment offerings

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 years of experience in medspa management or a similar role in the beauty/aesthetics industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and medical spa services
• Experience with scheduling, POS systems, and CRM software (e.g., Vagaro, Zenoti)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial and business acumen
