We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on a range of operational tasks, including order management and fulfillment, shipping, liaison with the client experience team, and vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with B2C order handling and experience in the jewelry industry.
\n- Client Experience & Issue Resolution: Act as a key liaison with the client experience team and vendors, prioritizing high-urgency issues and ensuring clear, timely communication and resolution.
- Order & Fulfillment Management: Oversee order processing and fulfillment, including coordination with 3PL partners and internal transfer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Shipping & Logistics: Manage all domestic and international shipments, resolve delays directly with FedEx, and ensure customs compliance for seamless cross-border delivery.
- Vendor Relations & Returns: Coordinate repair and return workflows with vendors, ensuring efficient handling, status tracking, and issue resolution.
- Operational Support: Support daily operations in a fast-paced, high-ticket-volume environment, multitasking across workflows with familiarity in systems such as NetSuite and Shopify to ensure accurate and on-time execution.
- Experience: 3 years is required. Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and proficiency in Shopify, FedEx, and Shipstation.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. Must demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills and must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- GIA certification or training is a plus.
