Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing mechanical scopes on large commercial construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems. This role involves overseeing project schedules, budgets, and ensuring successful project completion while maintaining excellent client relationships.
This position is a full time traveling position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Monitor job site progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction for commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Proven track record of managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

Salary : $115,000 - $145,000
