We have expanded our family and have opened a new location in Fredonia, WI. We are looking for new team members to join our growing team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site (not remote) role as a Customer Service Representative located onsite in Fredonia, WI. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a daily basis.

Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring adherence to phone etiquette standards.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the office system for future reference.
• Collaborate with sales and client services teams to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery.
• Follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills - previously experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Knowledge of the personal care or beauty industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
