Answer phones promptly and professionally, taking messages and routing calls.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.
Assist with scheduling appointments and transportation for residents.
Maintain accurate records and files.
Process paperwork for new residents, communicating with families, doctors, and insurance companies.
Customer Service:
Address inquiries about the facility, resident status, and general information.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Other Duties:
Assist with other clerical duties as needed, such as copying, faxing, and data entry.
Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
Comply with facility policies and procedures.
