What are the responsibilities and job description for the Merchandise Receiving Specialist position at Diamonds Direct?
We are currently seeking a merchandise processing specialist to join the fastest growing jewelry company in the country! The ideal candidate will work in our Charlotte, NC headquarters to analyze and assess on hand inventory as well as process stock orders and assist with balancing and managing the inventory between our 30 locations.
Requirements:
- Proficient data entry skills with a high level attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to focus while performing continuous data entry
- Ability to take on additional tasks within the team as needed
- Self- motivated and able to contribute individually and as a team member
- Maintain expected productivity levels (individual and team goals to be set by manager)
- Good communication skills & capacity to identify and verbalize inaccuracies
- Must live in Charlotte metro area and be able to commute to Charlotte, NC office
Is a Plus, But Not Required!
- Familiarity with basic jewelry terminology
- Experience working with ASC Inventory Program – Specifically Stock Select Knowledge
