In this role you’ll oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional care. Your responsibilities include :
Managing clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory, and facility oversight.Leading, mentoring, and developing clinical and administrative staff, providing regular performance feedback.Conducting staff meetings to address treatment issues, policies, case management, and team dynamics.Collaborating with the Practice Administrator to develop clinical programs, policies, and operational processes.Ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting with state and federal standards, including the Department of Health, Board of Pharmacy, SAMHSA, DBHR, and the DEA.Monitoring performance improvement initiatives and implementing a Quality Management Plan.Managing clinic budgets and reporting on financial activities.As well as ensuring regulatory compliance within the clinic.Liaise between Bellingham clinic and broader organization to foster strong interdepartmental relationships and develop a cohesive operational framework with the leadership team.What We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse (RN) credential.3 years of progressive experience managing clinical operations and leading teams.Demonstrated leadership abilities : building trust, fostering collaboration, and developing staff.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare-related software.Familiarity with and adherence to state (RCW, WAC) and federal (42 CFR Part 2) regulations.Excellent attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage competing priorities.Effective communication skills, including conflict resolution.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.Preferred : Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred : Experience with substance abuse treatment or Medication-Assisted Treatment (Methadone, Buprenorphine, Naltrexone).Ability to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screening, and reference check.Tribal affiliation is a plus!To learn more or apply directly visit :
