Role Overview
We’re looking for an organized, resourceful, and proactive Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations and special projects. This is a hands-on role with variety — one day you might be setting up a new software tool, and the next, coordinating a multi-location rollout of a point-of-sale system.
You’ll be the go-to person for getting things done across tools, teams, vendors, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing operational initiatives (e.g., POS rollouts, software implementations).
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Lead the onboarding and set up of new software tools or platforms.
- Optimizing the current software to ensure it's up to date and functioning properly for our needs
- Coordinate training, documentation, and support for team members or franchisees.
- Prepare quotes, compare vendor options, and manage logistics for events like conferences or franchisee meetings.
- Coordinate shipping, registration, and travel as needed.
- Help streamline internal processes and documentation.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in an operations, project coordination, or business support role.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently.
- Familiarity with small business, franchise operations, or retail/barbershop environments is a plus.
