MANAGED CARE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1075)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid-senior level Associate (3rd – 7th year) to join their Managed Care Team. The successful candidate will represent leading managed care companies across the United States in a variety of matters including litigation, class actions, compliance, regulatory work, false claims act cases, government programs, and governmental investigations.
Applicants should have 3-7 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, with excellent academic credentials and strong writing, research, analytical and verbal communication skills. Managed care or health care experience is required.
Candidates must have experience handling multiple cases and / or managing regulatory or compliance matters, and the ability to serve as the point person on litigation and / or counseling, including coordinating with other associates and staff and acting as client contact. Significant case management and / or client counseling experience is preferred.
