PARALEGAL: 0-5 years experience as a paralegal. Candidate must be motivated, and a self starter. Practice areas include all aspects of litigation, employment law, medical records retrieval, setting up expert examinations, medical record summaries. Any area of law previously handled is beneficial. The ability to perform legal research also a plus. Other tasks include assisting with witness interviews and preparation for depositions, and handling subpoenas to be served on various employers and medical providers. The individual must nderstanding of proper management, handling and storage of confidential files and documents
