What You Will Do
- Lead the engineering team in the design, development, and delivery of network management solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and other departments to align engineering strategies with company goals.
- Drive innovation and efficiency in product development while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
- Oversee the technical roadmap and ensure integration of the latest technology trends and standards into product designs.
- Manage engineering talent, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Who You Are and What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of engineering experience in the technology sector, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading engineering teams and delivering technically complex products.
- Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of network infrastructure, security, and software development.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to innovate and execute on vision.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong project management skills.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $200,000 - $275,000. Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and primary job location. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several U.S. geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including, but not limited to the candidate’s relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each position. Pay ranges are typically reviewed and updated annually.
