DigiStream Investigations, a fast-growing national private investigations firm, seeks a talented addition to our team with our Ann Arbor Office.
Office Location: Ann Arbor, MI (In-Office)
Weekly Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $16/hour

Job Summary: The Video Evidence Processor duties focuses on workflow analysis such as editing detailed written reports submitted by our Surveillance Investigators and Social Media Investigators for potentially fraudulent Workers' Compensation claims on behalf of our clients. This entry-level position will also be trained on editing confidential video footage evidence obtained during potentially fraudulent disability, liability, and Workers' Compensation claims uploaded daily over to our Ann Arbor office from our Surveillance Investigators. The Video Evidence Processor is pivotal to maintaining the workflow of evidence throughout the office, backing up video evidence, and updating sensitive information to the office staff on a daily basis.
You'll need a sharp eye for detail, as this position handles video evidence, case entry, and reviewing surveillance reports. You'll also need to be a good communicator, both written and oral.
Specific Job Duties:
- Review and edit confidential reports for spelling and grammar mistakes
- Edit confidential video evidence
- Handle and secure confidential evidence
- Enter new cases and update current cases
- Respond to new case referrals
- Track and maintain case inventory
- Coordinate and manage shipping of DVD's and other highly confidential evidence
- Maintain workflow throughout the office
- Maintain communication with clients
- Contacting clients via phone, fax, or email to ensure payment of invoices in a timely manner. We're all about excellent customer service and professionalism, so you won't be pressuring clients, or sending anyone to collections.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Work in a team environment with inside and outside field staff
