Overview
We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team and drive growth in Southeast Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging and supporting healthcare providers, showcasing how Health Exam can streamline their operations, and ultimately improving the quality of care for their patients. This is a client-facing role requiring frequent travel to meet with prospects at clinics and build strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilties
- Client Engagement: Meet with healthcare providers in clinics to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Health Exam can address their needs.
- Sales and Business Development: Generate leads, conduct onsite product presentations, and close sales within the assigned territory.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to support their operational and clinical goals.
- Territory Management: Plan and execute a strategic approach to maximize growth opportunities within Southeast Michigan.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to provide feedback and recommendations to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in medical sales, preferably with experience in healthcare technology or clinic operations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within Southeast Michigan.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
- $42,000 base salary plus commission
