We’re on the hunt for a seasoned, strategic, and hands-on Account Supervisor with a minimum of seven years’ experience in a fast-paced agency environment. This is a role for someone who’s not only great at building client relationships but also thrives in driving performance, working with cross-functional teams, and bringing campaigns to life from insight to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong, trusted relationships
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with client goals and brand visions
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including ad operations, creative, and sales to ensure flawless execution of integrated campaigns
Analyze client needs, business goals, and market trends to uncover opportunities and drive strategic recommendations
Proven ability to manage and maintain marketing budgets exceeding $500k, ensuring efficient allocation of tactics and resources
Translate complex campaign performance and KPIs for clients, identifying action insights and explaining rationale behind tactics
Maintain accountability for on-time, on-budget project deliverables and ongoing client satisfaction
Inspire and guide creative development, pushing for bold and impactful ideas grounded in strategy
Mentor and support junior team members on the client strategy team, fostering a culture of growth, curiosity, and collaboration
Partner closely with Director of Client Services to develop processes, streamline workflows, and support new business opportunities

Qualifications:
Agency experience (in-house or traditional)
7 years of relevant account experience managing clients in marketing
Experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to speak confidently and strongly to a variety of project types (paid media, web, brand, etc.)
Bonus: experience working with sport teams, eCommerce, and travel and tourism accounts
