We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Account Executive to join our team and elevate our clients' online presence. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to optimize website performance, improve search rankings, and increase organic traffic. Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.
- Conduct regular check-ins via phone calls, emails, and video meetings to review client goals, performance updates, and new opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to clients, helping them achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify new services or upgrades that would benefit clients based on their marketing objectives.
Strategic Planning
- Present customized digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads), content marketing, and website enhancements.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists, designers, and content creators to ensure client projects are executed efficiently and aligned with expectations.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve effectiveness.
Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and internal reporting systems.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports that outline campaign success, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure that all campaigns meet industry best practices and align with client objectives.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and maximize ROI for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or client-facing role.
- At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO, digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and website analytics.
- Familiarity with industry tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc..
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
