What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Graphic Designer position at Digital XPress?
This position requires attention to detail, excellent time management and a team-oriented attitude. The Production Graphic Designer position reports to our Creative Service Manager and assists with design, layout and pre-press production for a wide range of print projects including logos, stationery, mailers, pocket folders, brochures and menus; and large format projects such as banners, cut vinyl lettering, signage and tradeshow graphics. Our team works primarily in Adobe InDesign.
Daily responsibilities will range from design, editing and basic file setup, to creating dielines and formatting pieces for print production.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Compensation: $24.04/hour - Hourly rate negotiable based on prior experience
Schedule: On-site, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Produce high quality, press-ready deliverables for a wide range of clients
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of intermediate level design work
- Perform assigned tasks within the overall timeframe, budget, and work order specifications
- Track time and log project status in our project management systems
- Attend client or internal meetings as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
