Responsibilities
As our Director of Administrative Services with the Dignity Health Medical Group, you will help our patients receive the highest standard of care, improve patient experiences and ensure the team delivers quality care. At the same time, you will advocate for your team by bringing any issues, requests, or new ideas from them to leadership.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years experience in a related field. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
Pay Range
$54.12 - $78.47 /hour

- Will manage all aspects of administrative support functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the healthcare facilities and central office.
- Plan, develop, organize and implement the administrative functions and evaluate performance to improve the efficiency of healthcare administrative services.
- Provide analysis of budgets, project proposals, and trends in multiple healthcare administration areas.
- Participate in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures, tactical plans, and programs for the healthcare facilities.
- Provide effective solutions to organizational challenges.
