If you love plumbing, love to win, and want to be part of a collaborative team of building pioneers, we need your help.In this role you will : Prepare and manage competitive plumbing bids as required (proposals, bid forms, budgets, etc.) to promptly meet project needsEfficiently using estimating software to prepare bidsInterpret specifications, blueprints, and addendaCoordinating with fabricators, engineers, and architects to meet project requirementsCreate and incorporate all RFIsEfficiently prepare drawing packages and issue to the client per scheduled deliveryAssist with building outstanding relationships with customersWe'd love to hear from you if : You possess a strong breadth of experience and demonstrated ability in plumbing estimation (five years preferred)You are proficient ability to use estimating programsYou have Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or other applicable field preferredYou build those around you through mentoring, sharing what you know, and balancing the perspectives of everyoneYou are a doer-you find the opportunities to improve the customer experience, and you take themYou thrive in an environment that tests ideas by buildingYou pay attention to detail and are committed to qualityYou have superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record to take the initiative and build strong, productive relationshipsYou work hard and do your best under pressureYou have a proven track record of trying and learning new thingsDiligent is a place where you will learn and grow.
