Responsibilities
- Support the Network Infrastructure environment with a service-oriented approach, ensuring efficient delivery to meet customer needs and service expectations.
- Work within establish configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Lead engineering, design, deployment, troubleshooting and administration of network infrastructure solutions, including :
- WAN Services solutions, supporting wide area network circuits, internet circuits, Point to Point Circuits, and 3rd Party Fabric solutions.
- Wired / Wireless LAN Services solutions including performance monitoring and management, Layer 1, Layer 2 and Layer 3 solutions.
- Third Party Services solutions, ensuring security and access integration into the network.
