We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding customer service and support various customer interactions. The ideal candidate will handle phone calls, answer customer questions, process internet orders, and offer gift-wrapping services. Additional tasks may be assigned by management. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
