What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dock and Housekeeping position at Dillard's, Inc.?
Dock and Housekeeping Store Associates are responsible for the cleanliness of the store and for unloading and processing merchandise delivery trucks. The position does require lifting and physical endurance. Associates should be open to working 2 evening shifts and weekends.
Essential Duties
- Cleaning of the store is essential to our success providing a safe and sanitary environment for our customer shopping needs. Basic knowledge of cleaning is a must (vacuum, mopping, dusting etc.)
- Unloading and processing freight is another huge key to our success to ensure our customers stay up to date with the newest fashion trends to suit there lifestyle needs. (Must be able to lift 25lbs)
- Work alongside supervisors to ensure all job tasks are completed in a timely efficient and effective manner.
- Be diligent and attentive to ensure all expectations of the stores are met.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including changing light bulbs, setting up for special events, and minor touch up painting and maintenance around the store.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
