Freelance Graphic Designer
Reports To: Director of Brand
The Company: DIME® was founded in 2018 by husband and wife duo Ryan and Baylee Relf, who saw a need to provide clean, optimized skincare for people of all ages. As a skincare and beauty advocate, Baylee became a Master Esthetician in 2015 and learned skincare is not “one size fits all”.
With a slogan of “Love the DIME Difference”, DIME’s mission is simple: to create luxurious skincare and beauty products that are clean, effective, and approachable.
Position Description: The Graphic Designer will create compelling visual designs to help elevate our brand.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-impact graphics and visuals across various channels, including email marketing, and web.
- Work closely with the design team to incorporate feedback and ideas.
- Use data and analytics to guide design decisions.
- Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriting, content, marketing and strategy.
- Completes assigned training on time.
- Other duties as assigned.

- An understanding of the beauty industry.
- The ability to communicate complex ideas in digestible ways.
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at a time.
- Creativity and confidence to bring forward new and innovative ideas.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, applicable experience will also be considered.
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience.
- Proficient in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, especially in a marketing context.
Physical Requirements:
- Works in a hybrid environment, either in a home or office setting.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
Safety risks:
Ergonomic strains due to repetitive movement and desk work. Eye strain due to computer usage.
Salary : $30 - $36
