The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist represents Dimeo Construction Company's first impression interfacing with clients, owners, subcontractors, vendors, industry partners, and general visitors.
This position requires a high level of poise, professionalism, organizational skills, communication skills, exceptional customer service acumen and the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests on short notice.

- Support all departments and project teams as an additional Administrative Assistant resource on an as needed basis while maintaining standard day to day responsibilities
- Provide front desk coverage between the hours of 8am - 5pm
- Welcoming guests and directing them to the correct person or office
- Assisting clients/visitors with questions, issues and direction to offices/conference rooms
- Answering and making phone calls for office employees while utilizing a high level of professionalism with all communication (telephone, in person or email)
- Process incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries to employees
- Inventory office supplies, coordinate ordering and delivery of supplies, replenish company stationery, envelopes, graph pads, etc
- Coordinate and manage the multiple conference rooms for meetings, coordinate and manage the ordering, setting up and breaking down food orders with clean up after every meeting
- Responsible for always maintaining all areas in a clean and highly organized state (lobby, conference rooms, huddle rooms, kitchenettes, mail and package rooms)
- Manage Store orders (i.e., BJ's, WB Mason) for the office and process membership renewals.
- Distribute/send E-Fax
- Administratively support Safety Team with EMR request, letters, deliverable management, PS management and performance dashboard chart updates
- Manage all corporate travel arrangements
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
- Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products with focus on Excel
- Business professional attire required
