What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member/ Barista position at Ding Tea Lomita?
Ideally a Barista with our team would be someone who is friendly, motivated, dependable and committed to providing great customer service.
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
- Prepare and serve beverages by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about products and services provided
- Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.
- Receive and process customer payments. • Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of ingredients
- Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment. Requirements:
- 1 year experience in food service/ customer service • The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers • The ability to work in a fast paced team environment
