The Pastoral Associate helps to foster and support an encouraging, gentle, sense of belonging among all parishioners and staff, while encouraging a culture of encountering Jesus among our community and out into the world. This person will provide pastoral support to parishioners of all ages, Quads, small groups, priests, deacons and staff. A successful candidate must be comfortable meeting people where they are, seeing them, listening to them, and then encouraging and pointing them to Jesus and His Church. We believe that amazing things can and will happen through listening to the Holy Spirit, radical hospitality, journeying together as a community, and sharing amazing liturgy together. It is necessary for this person to be good at articulating, developing, and implementing a Christ-centered vision and mission. Evangelization and missionary discipleship are the central mission of this and all positions at SFA.

This is a full time position, with benefits. Pay commensurate with experience. Pay range is anticipated to be $42,000 - $52,000 per year.
