Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic In-Office Call Center Sales Representative to join our sales team. This entry-level role involves engaging potential clients, promoting our services, and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for sales and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer:
- Guaranteed Starting Pay of $31,200 with the potential to earn up to $120,000/year!
- Monthly Bonus of $1,000 based on performance
- Annual Bonus of $6,000 - $12,000 for hitting targets
- On-Site Call Center Position – 8260 S Hardy Dr. Suite 101 Tempe, AZ 85284
- Full-Time Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM | 40 HOURS GUARANTEED
- Weekly Pay with Uncapped Commission and Daily Cash Incentives!
- Paid Training Provided!
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 60 days
- Sick Time and PTO after 90 days
- 401k with Matching Contributions after six months
- Sign-on Bonus!
Job Expectations:
- Punctuality and adherence to a full-time schedule
- Business attire Monday through Friday (Casual Fridays!)
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
- Present and explain our services, highlighting the benefits and features
