DMS is seeking a Human Resources Assistant/Spanish Translator who will provide interpretation and administrative support in the Human Resources Department.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service, internally and externally.
- Adhere to Code of professional conduct and maintaining standards of confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support for the HR Department and translation for all Spanish speaking associates.
- Full fluency in both English and Spanish.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
- Bilingual: Spanish & English
- Basic data entry knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Able to work 5 days a week.
- Basic computer and communication skills are required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others. Positive Attitude imperative.
- Experience and knowledge in the use of general office equipment.
- This is NOT a remote position.
