Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Outreach Manager with 7 years of expertise in outreach, communications, or public relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a variety of operational, technical, and administrative tasks. This includes ensuring outreach, application processing, program publicity, and maintaining a Section 508-compliant IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the outreach strategy ensuring effective communication and visibility of the program.
• Manage outreach and application processing to support the timely and efficient execution of the program.
• Oversee program publicity efforts and ensure accurate, clear, and effective communication.
• Provide support for the merit review process, including reviewer recruitment, training, and ensuring conflict-free application assignments.
• Deliver timely and accurate data analysis, summary reports, and other relevant documentation.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in outreach, communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate complex projects across various teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with government agencies or federal grant programs.
• Familiarity with merit review processes and reviewer management.
• Data analysis experience, including report generation and summarization.
