Your Job:
We are seeking a highly energized Customer Success Representative to join our amazing team of vehicle registration and titling experts at Dirt Legal. In this role, you will assist customers with registration and legal title transfer documents for a range of vehicles, from vintage dirt bikes to military vehicles, and even exotic cars like Ferraris and Lamborghinis, while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the registration process for new and used vehicles in the state where they will be titled
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
- Collaborate with team members to address customer issues and find solutions
- Manage computerized vehicle registration for new and used car purchases
- Prepare tax and title documents for DMVs and LLCs.
- Verify validity of ownership and transfers of ownership of physical documents
- Submit all legal transfer work to the DMV
- Check for accuracy in applications and ensure all information is complete
- Call lien holders and DMVs to verify documents
- Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles
- Use a CRM and task management system to maintain a clean workflow

Education and Experience
- Associate's degree
- 2 years of data entry experience required
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
