RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
1 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification processes preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information accurately
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES
- Frequent call management abilities, prioritizing your schedule to allow for new callers and appointments, talking to prospective clients, obtaining and reviewing documents needed to assist in case acceptance, and working closely with our attorneys and staff to help our new clients.
- Review incoming paperwork from various mediums, saving in appropriate software
- Communication with Case Managers and Attorneys to promptly address any issue found in a file, ensuring excellent service for our clients. Communication with current clients and/or other government agencies may also be necessary to track and confirm status of claims.
- No prior training is required, but experience working with the SSD or VA claims and/or helping people who are disabled navigate the benefits process is considered.
- Bilingual: fluent in Arabic or Chaldean (A Plus)
- Empathy and patience
- Organized with attention to detail
- High ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer software
