We're seeking a skilled CNC Machining/Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at KARL STORZ. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to launch and maintain efficient manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and qualify tooling, fixtures, and equipment to meet regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and validate processes and equipment.
- Lead cost-saving initiatives and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement process improvements.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Engineering discipline.
- 3 years of experience in CNC machining, process development, and automation.
- Proficiency in Six Sigma, Kaizen, tooling design, SolidWorks, SPC, and GD&T.
- Familiarity with cobot integration, machine monitoring, and PLC programming.
