Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and experienced sales professionals
- Identify subject matter experts and coordinate the planning of training programs
- Facilitate the delivery of classes and monitor and evaluate training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
- 5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
