Shift: Day shift (occasional evening backup)
Work: Onsite 100%
Vaco is seeking aLearning & Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead training and development initiatives, manage the training team, and work closely with department heads to design and deliver training programs. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in manufacturing and a passion for employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for different departments.
- Partner with leaders to identify training needs and create tailored development plans.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
- Support succession planning and talent development strategies.
- Manage and oversee the training team.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or HR.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS); Paycor LMS is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Manufacturing experience required.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
