Disaronno International USA is the US subsidiary of ILLVA Saronno s.P.a., and currently imports and markets Disaronno Amaretto, Disaronno Velvet Liqueur, Sagamore Spirit Rye, The Busker Irish Whiskey, Engine Gin, Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur, and Rabarbaro Zucca Amaro.



About the Role

The ideal candidate is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and a skilled multi-tasker that will also support our brand-new office space in the Baltimore Peninsula. This role is a key position that requires a high degree of professionalism, organization, and communication.


Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for coordinating day-to-day office management activities for the Company physical locations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming external calls and Office visitors.
  • Assist with planning and execution of Company events.
  • Coordinates Corporate Office equipment requests and supply orders.
  • Provide high-level, confidential, diversified administrative support to CEO including managing calendar, scheduling travel and expenses as well as coordinating subordinates deliverables and deadlines.
  • Ability to tactfully manage executive’s time, to multi-task under tight deadlines, and to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with IT on new hire equipment orders as well as receiving equipment for departing employees.
  • Excellent customer service and hospitality, maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.
  • Coordinate with Distillery Compliance Team.
  • Handle in-meeting preparation including occasional hospitality needs like food/beverage as well as general IT support.
  • Handle executive mail, shipping requests, orders supplies/materials.
  • Help maintain positive team atmosphere including occasional social gatherings (internal/external) and have a positive impact on overall company culture.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Associated degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Office Management or Executive Administrative Support experience required.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong work ethic and professional standards.
  • Highly motivated, organized and detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task and work with challenging issues, while establishing and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience working with Concur (preferred)
