Role: Associate Recruiter
Location: North Carolina (Full-time, in-person)
As an Associate Recruiter, you'll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various clinical positions within Discovery ABA. You'll help source applicants, coordinate interviews, and assist with the initial onboarding process.
Salary:
$50,000-$60,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Outreach to candidates to schedule interviews and assess their qualifications for open positions.
- Conducting interviews and supporting the hiring team throughout the interview process.
- Overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and training are completed smoothly.
- Creating and posting job advertisements on social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Coordinating communication between applicants, interviewers, and the hiring team.
- Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems to ensure smooth recruitment workflows.
- Assisting with various HR tasks related to recruitment, including job descriptions, candidate assessments, and follow-ups.
- Overseeing all statewide recruiting events, including job fairs and networking opportunities, to attract top talent and increase brand awareness in the community.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Facebook and LinkedIn preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is a plus
- Experience in the ABA field is a plus
- Experience using salesforce is a plus
- 2 years of experience in recruiting is required
- Ability to travel to recruiting events throughout North Carolina
- Ability to lift 20 plus pounds
