What You’ll Do
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of all positions in our clinics including licensed clinical substance use and behavioral health professionals. The TAS works closely with front-line leaders to build their teams by matching them with IDEAL, "right fit" candidates. Communication, collaboration, relationship building, active listening and learning skills are needed for the TAS to provide an engaging candidate experience as well as stay up-to-date with the market and recruiting trends. This position is hybrid, 2 days in-office, 3 days remote, with intermittent travel to headquarters in Raleigh and within the assigned service area for career and community events as needed. Preferred candidates will live near Burlington, Winston Salem or Statesville.
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive salary of $57,000-60,000 annually. This full-time, 40 hours per week, hybrid position offers a flexible schedule Monday-Friday. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits eligible positions.

- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Behavioral Health or Healthcare recruiting background is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources is preferred
