•Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights, if needed
•Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)
•Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors, and cold/heat temperature extremes Perform cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals
•Work a flexible schedule/hour based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays
•Must be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities

What you get to do:
- Greet guests and provide park information to our visitors
- Perform guest check-in/check-out functions
- Perform guest bag checks
- Provide informational tours for small groups of up to 12 guests
- Provide transportation to and from SeaWorld for guests in company vehicle
- Size male/female guests to ensure proper fitting of swim gear
- Prepare swim bags for children and adult guests
- Maintaining Private Cabanas in both service and cleanliness
- Assist with VIP coordination/special events
- Quickly resolve guest challenges by providing exceptional guest service
- Distribute available lockers to our guests, while maintaining cleanliness of locker facilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all park areas including trash removal and sweeping
- Conduct guest surveys
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
What it takes to succeed:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- A working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Excellent cash handling skills
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to walk in sand
- Able to lift 40 pounds
- Able to push/pull 50 pounds
- Able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
- Available to work 3 full days per week, including at least 1 weekend full day
- Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred
- Experience in Discovery Cove Operations department preferred
- Bilingual preferred (Portuguese a plus)
