Job Summary:
As an Account Executive in our Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our staffing services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. Your expertise in IT staffing and business development will be key to achieving our sales targets and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their staffing needs are met.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to assess satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze client requirements and tailor staffing solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience from initial engagement to placement.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that promote our services.
- Sales Performance:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the staffing or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing services and the technology sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
