Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless installation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure DISH TV and Smart Home systems in customers' homes
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Requirements
- Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods of time, lift over 70 lbs at a time, and remain within individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs
- Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates/weather conditions
- A valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards
- Travel may be required
