What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigation Associate position at Distinct?
I'm working with a highly reputable mid-size Boston firm who seeks an associate with at least two (2) years of complex commercial litigation experience who has taken, defended or prepared for depositions, engaged in motion practice, conducted document and electronic discovery, and drafted pleadings.
Experience in business and partnership disputes, construction law, employment issues, land use and real estate disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty claims strongly desired.
The firm has a great culture with open door policy's and whenever I visit the firm it's refreshing to see smiles on attorneys faces.
They also have one of the best benefits packages in Boston with a discretional end of year bonus up to $30,000.
The firms office has just undergone a multimillion dollar refurbishment.
