Overview :
We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Installation Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating precise CAD drawings for compressor and plant piping layouts, alongside developing Visio flow diagrams. You will be integral in generating detailed quotes for installation projects, estimating costs, parts, and labor hours required. Occasional site visits to customer locations may be a part of your duties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather comprehensive information for installation or piping job quotations.
- Create detailed compressor room drawings and piping quotes using CAD software promptly.
- Develop Visio flow diagrams for installation systems and equipment.
- Utilize Piping Estimation Software and manual methods, and obtain vendor quotes to prepare estimated bills of materials.
- Draft quotes and maintain piping bills of materials (BOM) in the ERP system, including vendor purchase orders.
- Assist with physical inventory counts, returns, and adjustments with piping technicians.
- Coordinate with the piping manager, customers, and technicians to schedule installations efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Travel out-of-town as required upon full training.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements :
The role requires regular sitting, handling, reaching, talking, and hearing, with occasional standing and walking. Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color vision, and adjusting focus.
